Draft: #3519311 Provide a canonical link to entity using a Views field

When Views is used to list entities of the group_relationship type, there is no supplied Views field that can just be used to print a link to the entity.

This branch includes a new group_views_data() method that uses a new Views field plugin to just get the link to the entity.
