Remove duplicate file block/breadcrumb.html.twig

The file breadcrumb.html.twig exists twice:

  • templates/block/breadcrumb.html.twig
  • templates/navigation/breadcrumb.html.twig Let's remove the first one, as it does not seem to be a block template.
