Issue #3409260 by almunnings: Fields starting with int throw error if not renamed

Closes #3409260

• Disable HTML5 validation on schema form (can be confusing).
• Enable state and element validation on fields that start with a numeric character.
• Add visual cue for errors within the Schema form.
