fix: #3630937 Honor the configured video aspect ratio

Pass the existing video Ratio setting through plyr.config.ratio, where GLightbox expects it. This makes explicit ratios and a blank setting reach the player correctly.

Add a Kernel regression test covering blank, landscape and portrait values. It fails on the original code and passes on Drupal 10, 11 and 12 (3 tests, 9 assertions on each). PHP lint and Drupal coding standards pass.
