Closes #3625186

Everything Gherkin ships is a config entity (the gherkin text format and its Ace editor, the feature media type, the Gherkin script field storage, field and displays), so a recipe install created none of it. The new recipes/default imports those seven objects, and hook_install() applies it only when the module is installed on its own.

Also fixes editor.editor.gherkin, whose empty image_upload fails Drupal 11 validation.

Verified on Drupal 11.4.7 + PHP 8.4: the recipe path matches drush pm:install, and re-applying is a no-op.
