Issue #3199450: On small screens editing pane is too small

Christoph Breidert requested to merge issue/frontend_editing-3199450:3199450-on-small-screens into 1.0.x

For testing change browser width to <= 450px and observe, that the editing window uses the full width, and the toggle for expanding the editing window is not visible.
