Issue #3561771: Fix form ID case in FontSettingsForm to allow Google Fonts API key field

Converted patch from #3 to a merge request. Same fix — lowercase font_settings in getFormId() so the Google Fonts submodule's hook_form_alter picks up the settings form. Tested and confirmed working by multiple contributors in previous comments.
