3424683: Provide hook_focal_point_entity_update_alter

This provides a hook that lets other modules alter focal point coordinates before they are saved to the crop. This would allow the finding solution to be flexible, allowing a variety of backend or cloud solutions, perhaps frontend ones if they can work with this.
