Resolve #3495596 "Drupal 11 compatibility"

This MR refactors the fluiui_load.js, README.md and includes the new infusion library, I'll Merge this in the 3.0.x branch for not disruputing the 2.0.x work and releases for users that still uses old Drupal versions
