#3279267 Adding theme_hook_suggestions for the menus that are rendered.

Using the viewElements method within the MenuTreeFormatter Class to pass info about the providing_entity (the entity the field is attached to) to hook_theme_suggestions_HOOK() for menu, so I can add the needed theme file suggestions for menus.
