  • JS fix (formatters/tabs/horizontal-tabs.js) — removed the else branch that made defaultTabFromLink always truthy. Final priority is now: URL fragment (if it matches) → focusID → first pane. Also var→const and template-literal consistency.
    • Test (HorizontalTabsActiveTabTest.php) — removed the duplicated cspell comment, updated the class docblock, and strengthened testRequiredFieldsActiveTab with an explicit "no fragment in URL" assertion + docblock explaining what it guards.
