Issue #3618076: Fix fatal ServiceNotFoundException for Drupal\Core\Theme\ThemePreprocess on Drupal 10

Drupal\Core\Theme\ThemePreprocess only exists in Drupal 11. Facets 3.0.4 calls it unconditionally in facets_preprocess_facets_item_list() and the equivalent preprocess functions in facets_summary and facets_searchbox_widget, which fatals on any Drupal 10 site rendering a facets item list. Guard with class_exists() and fall back to core's template_preprocess_item_list() when the class is unavailable.
