  • Apply the additional tel classes to telLinks instead of mailtoLinks.
  • Only fall back to the additional link classes in applyClassAndSpan() for external links (className === 'ext').
  • testExtlinkAdditionalCssClasses() now asserts that each link type only receives its own additional classes, with and without extlink_img_class. It fails without the fix.
