Add ability to delete sections

This MR adds the ability for a user to delete a section either by right clicking or clicking the 3 dots on the SidebarNode. Also removed the need to add div wrappers around ExposedJsComponent that were added as part of a bug fix to fix the hover component preview. See comment in MR for more info.

Known bug unrelated that already exists in 0.x For some component and section previews (that are too large?), the preview doesn't go away when you hover away and it also doesn't have the correct preview styling.
