Draft: #3481658 Implement intuitive zoom

  • Fix issue where, when zoomed in, you could not scroll all the way up/down and see the whole page
  • When zooming, adjust scroll position of the canvas to center on mouse cursor like Figma.
  • Can we disable the "acceleration" when scrolling the mouse wheel as it leads to the zoom feeling overly sensitive
  • Grab hand is appearing when scrolling and zooming (not just when panning by middle click + drag)
