Stop zooming the canvas when zooming the browser with cmd + or cmd - but allow + and - without cmd pressed to still zoom the canvas.

So browser zoom is still possible but you don't get the weird thing of simultaneously zooming both the browser (and thus the UI) AND zooming the canvas by the same amount.

This is an implementation of [Solution 1] on comment 19 on #3469673
