Issue #3532130: Add a test verifying the component loading is broken

Closes #3532130

  • Adds a test for a more minimal setup of XB, which excludes the article content type
  • In the above test, check that no errors are logged to the console with a status of 500
  • Fixes the test failure that is caused by hardcoding of the article content type being present
  • Reverts some of #3530791 as this was merged before the Playwright test failure it caused was fixed
