Resolve #3524130 "Define json schema"

Closes #3524130

Adds video and oembed_video to shema.json and all-props SDC, tests that they are unstorable without media_library installed and that are storable due to magic logic in storage_prop_shape_alter hook for media_library .

Also updated existing simple/video SDC component and added very basic simple/ombed_video SDC. Happy to remove these changes, in case we already have different plan for the new additions to schema.json.
