Updated from the initially proposed >=10.1 <11.4 to ^10.6.0 || ^11.3.0 per maintainer feedback.

Shared hook class

2.0.x now ships the same EntityqueueFormWidgetHooks class as 2.1.x. entityqueue_form_widget.module remains as #[LegacyHook]/delegating stubs, kept for Drupal < 11.4 compatibility and BC.
