Issue #2799479: Reroll: Views relationships to host (field + base fields)

Reroll of the original #2799479 patch series against current 8.x-1.x: extends Views data for entity_reference_revisions (including base fields), adds the entity_reference_revisions reverse relationship plugin, and restores the composite/kernel test coverage. No functional intent change—bring the patch up to date with upstream.
