Resolve #3035891 "Clone paragraph types"

Paragraphs are one of the most commonly used contrib entity types. I don't think entity_clone needs to support most contrib entities but paragraphs level of usage is I think worthwhile. Beyond that, documentation for other contrib and custom module authors would be helpful and this provides that.
