Issue #3181860 by tstoeckler: Collection local action should not add destination to add page

Closes #3181860

In order to test the "add-form" case, I had to add a new test entity type without bundles. I think/hope that's generally useful enough to warrant this. In that light I also took the liberty of making some small adjustments to EnhancedEntityWithOwner to make the (now) three entity types more inline. This can, of course, be reverted if it's too much a distraction.
