Closes #3622128.

Sets the recipe version to 1.0.2 and pins every dependency back to a released version, so drupal/educare resolves and installs on a Drupal CMS project at Composer's default minimum-stability: stable.

Changes

  • composer.json: version 1.0.x-dev -> 1.0.2.
  • composer.json: the 14 drupal/varbase_* requirements and drupal/vartheme_bs5_educare moved from 1.0.x-dev to ~1.0.0. Every one of them has a released 1.0.0, 1.0.1 or 1.0.2 tag, so the tilde floor stays at the .0 of the minor. No -dev requirement remains.
  • README.md: version badge -> 1.0.2.
  • CHANGELOG.md: 1.0.2 entry and compare links.

Nothing else is touched: no recipe, config, content, CI or test changes.
