task: #3620996 Frame the installer screenshot to the card ratio and rewrite the description
Fixes #3620996.
The installer renders each site-template card image with object-fit: cover in a ~1.25:1 frame. Educare shipped screenshot.webp at 632x304 (2.08:1), so the card cropped away about a third of the width from each side — taking the logo, the left edge of every headline line, the intro copy and half the testimonial panel with it. The description was also developer-facing ("built the Varbase recipe-first way") rather than describing the template to the person choosing it.
screenshot.webp — replaced with a 500x400 capture of the installed front page, matching the ratio Haven, Byte and Starter use. At 1.25:1 the card crops nothing: the logo, full headline, intro, both calls to action, the testimonial panel and the Programs section below are all visible. The filename is unchanged because SiteTemplate::createFromRecipe() builds the path as $recipe->path . '/screenshot.webp' and asserts the .webp extension.
recipe.yml — the description now follows the house pattern used by the other templates:
Designed for schools, universities and colleges, this template features ready-made pages for programs, admissions and student life, with program, news and event content, search and a contact form.
Every claim in it was checked against what the recipe actually installs.
Verified in a real Drupal CMS installer: the card renders the complete page preview beside Starter and Everbright, and the description reads in four lines. A screenshot of the result is attached to the issue.
