Problem/Motivation

The pre-test install job builds a Varbase 11 host project and applies the Educare recipe — it installs the Educare site template, not plain Varbase. The label 📦 Install Varbase under-describes it.

Proposed resolution

Rename 📦 Install Varbase → 📦 Install Educare site template (job definition + every needs / dependencies reference + the header comments). No behavior change.
