feat: #3613480 Package the Programs content type: full page, /programs paths, richer demo content, high-res heroes

Fixes the incomplete Programs content type: the full content page rendered only the title + a one-line description, program nodes used bare /title aliases instead of /programs/, demo bodies were thin, and several demo hero images were too low-resolution for the drimage 16:9 hero derivative to generate.

• Program full content template shipped as a config action (title, description, program type + study level, all degrees, rich body, explore-other-programs link, CTA); old empty config file removed; full view display shows the fields.
• New pathauto pattern programs → /programs/[node:title]; hardcoded aliases dropped from the 20 demo program nodes so it applies on a fresh install.
• Enriched the 20 demo program bodies (overview, what you'll learn, sample courses, learning outcomes, career paths, admission notes).
• Replaced 6 low-resolution demo hero images with high-resolution versions and updated their file entities.
• Enabled the "Contact Us" menu link.
