Issue #3615358: Test home segment validation skip

Adds a functional test for a breadcrumb path whose intermediate segment resolves to the configured front page.

The test confirms that the segment is skipped by default and included when HOME_SEGMENT_VALIDATION_SKIP is enabled.

Checked locally:

  • php -l tests/src/Functional/EasyBreadcrumbHomeSegmentValidationSkipTest.php
  • composer validate --no-check-publish
  • git diff --check
