Remove requirement to set up SSH

As far as I can tell, no SSH setup is required any more to interact with Drupal's GitLab. All of the remotes use https URLs.

Maybe I'm wrong and there's some magic of using SSH keys with https, but AFAICT the removed instructions here about running a script to set up SSH are obsolete.
