Add migations for the Fingerprint and Registration IP text fields.

To test:

  • refresh the migrations composer migrate-refresh
  • reset the last updated variable drush state:set drupalorg_migrate.drupalorg_migrate_users_last_record 0 --input-format=integer
  • run the user migration drush mim drupalorg_migrate_users
