Fix params when using `all: true` on `getObject`

Coby Sher requested to merge issue/drupal_state-3307665:drupal-state_3307665/fix-all-with-params into 1.0.x

This MR should fix the "Body cannot be passed" Jsona Deserializer error when using params and all: true with getObject.

A test was also added for this case.

I did not do so yet, but we could probably unpin Jsona as part of this if we wanted to.
