Tags

These 8 commits refactor the module with the following improvements:

Geolcation data is now parsed correctly
Tags are now handled correctly
Added config parameters to adjust number of days and event limit
Events removed from libcal are now removed from drupal
Added option to delete past event nodes from drupal, so they don't show up in searches
Config form validation now all happens client-side
Idempotency and efficiency improvements to significantly reduce database load when events are synced
