Honour absolute database socket paths

Use an explicitly configured absolute DB_SOCKET unchanged for MySQL, PHP, Drupal settings, and all nix run targets. This prevents deeply nested project paths from exceeding Unix socket path limits.

Add regression coverage for the default, detached, config, and demo runners, including a nested project directory.
