Change the way components are symlnked into the project, so that Project Browser works properly
Due to some minor decisions made in the DDEV infrastructure, the components are all linked in with absolute symlinks, which breaks Package Manager. A little refactoring allows them to be relative symlinks, which appeases it. Let's do that, since it allows Project Browser to be used to install stuff within the DDEV setup.
