Draft: Specificity of CSS layout for teaser cards

The full node content is too wide, affecting readability and does not match designs. This change adds specificity to the work from https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal_cms/issues/3491807 and https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal_cms/issues/3491817 that was intended to set the layout of teaser cards, so full nodes (and other places) revert layouts to their previous states.
