Issue #3484307: Add AI recipe

This will add and setup the AI core module, the AI Image Alt Text and the AI Agents for site building agents. It comes with one Drupal assistant that is only visible to the administrator role, after the first provider is setup.

It comes with OpenAI and Antrophic providers installed and a link to set them up on the Dashboard.
