3277785 - adding option to formatters wrap label with a heading tag.

First patch with a proposal to add new option on field formatters for users choose which tag will wrap the label content. This first patch add this options for the following field formatters type.

  • basic string
  • string
  • entity reference label
  • Integer, Float and Decimal
  • Timestamp and timestamp ago
  • text default, formatted and trimmed
  • comments
  • telephone
