CKEditor 5 fullscreen and autoformat labels are not translated

Adds core/ckeditor5.translations to the dependencies of ckeditor5.fullscreen and ckeditor5.autoformat, so Ckeditor5Hooks::libraryInfoAlter() attaches the translations of both plugins. It is the same change that https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3472458 made for show blocks. Main is not affected, because all plugins are in core/ckeditor5 there.
