fix: #3583279 Remove LoggerChannelFactoryInterface from DomainAliasHooks

Removes the LoggerChannelFactoryInterface constructor dependency which causes circular reference errors when third-party logger modules (jsonlog, raven, etc.) are enabled. The two error log calls were for rare configuration errors (missing alias target, no prefix match) that are self-evident without logging.
