The submodule info files say ^12, and display_builder_views reads the view displays through get() because View::$display is protected in Drupal 12. The builder pages themselves still need the htmx 4 work.

Tested on plain Drupal 11.4.8 (PHP 8.4) and 12.0.0-beta1 (PHP 8.5).
