task: #3624068 Name the unreleased post updates after what they do

Post updates run in string order, so post_update_10 and _11 ran between _1 and _2. Neither had shipped, so rename them; digits sort before letters and the frozen beta series keeps its order.

ProfileUpgradePathTest was red on all of it: an ArgumentCountError on the batched hook called with no sandbox, and a skipped _11 leaving a 'show' key with no schema. It now drives a sandbox to completion.
