task: #3573905 Rename DisplayBuildableInterface::saveSources() to publish()

Mirrors Instance::publish(), which is the only caller. The other items of the issue are left out on purpose: folding instance creation into getInstance() would make every read path a writer, and the AccessibleInterface part is still work in progress on the issue fork.
