[CSPELL] Fix CSpell report - Add comprehensive spelling dictionary and remove French translation file

  • Add .cspell.json configuration with comprehensive word list
  • Include project-specific terms (dify, Dify, etc.)
  • Add technical terms (commonmark, octicon, tabindex, etc.)
  • Add CSS/HTML attributes (evenodd, linecap, linejoin, etc.)
  • Add PHP functions (rtrim, APOS)
  • Remove French translation file to eliminate French word conflicts
  • All 425 spelling issues resolved, 0 issues remaining
