Added Icons / Nav and Resource components and templates.

This MR contains:

  • New components used to create pages in Experience Builder.
  • Example starshot page for how to use these components to build out the page.
  • Updates to "Drupal Banner" (now "Starshot Banner") to make it consistent with the other components.
