Resolve #3467288 "Test sdc conversion"

Hey @kepol ,

It was great going through the SDDS development guide. I've done all installation as per the guide found out the testing methods using SDDS SDC conversion guide.

Result : Component.yml and Read.me is generated. Screenshot

I've also tested the component by printing the node title. screenshot below :

This works as expected.
