Issue #3201613 by rolki: As a CM+ I should be able to add multiple checkboxes to data policy

Problem I wanna change the text on the registration form and add multiple checkboxes.

Solution

• Add an opportunity to edit the text
• Add an opportunity to provide multiple links (provided by another ticket https://www.drupal.org/project/data_policy/issues/3153311)
• Add the ability to add multiple checkboxes to forms
