Issue #3359190: Update file ContentModeration.php to pass revision entity to DANSE event

Sending the revision entity (instead of the content moderation state entity) to the DANSE Event allows DANSE to properly generate the DANSE Events log and send notifications for events. I wasn't able to get the system to send events using the Push Framework Email module until I made this update. The event topic and label remain unchanged.
