Revert row names used internally by the form, back to field names

(Temporarily) remove the duplicate-check for names/keys; (temporarily?) revert row names used internally by the form, back to field names. This commit does not take care of old components that now have no corresponding row in the field; they will not be shown, and keep being saved along with other components.
