Issue #3033729: Get taxonomy term by name.

This patch resolves the issue of importing taxonomy fields data from CSV. Create a field in csv file in format "taxo-vid|field_name" to use this patch. If the term exist for provided term name will be assigned to the field.

Example: title, taxo-vocabulary_name|field_body_type Test, Simple
