All Uber Cart functionality has been moved to the new module course_relationships_uc but core is set to ^8 to prevent it from being enabled. There has been no work on migrating it to Drupal 9.
Course Relationship configuration migration configuration file has been added.
The web UI for settings and report are in menu system at the expected places.
Not all the SQL has been converted to PHP, but the tables are correct.
at least one of the tests work.
