- Added ConfigSubscriber that will trigger layer import/export on specific events.
- Added ConfigLayerManager::combine() for different layer combine mechanisms.
- Added FilteredStorage for exposing only a subset of the config objects in a storage.
- New ConfigLayer properties: source, import_mode, export_mode, import_events, export_events
- A layer can set 'source' to 'active' in order to import from the active configuration by default.
